MY MEDIA GROUP PROCESS:

Graphic design is a creative problem-solving process which takes into account the unique needs of the client. After meeting with a client, Folio will submit a proposal that sets forth our understanding of the project, scope of services, schedule and proposed budget.There are generally three phases to each project; design concepts, design refinement and design implementation. If a project is more complex, a marketing plan or brand strategy may proceed the design development phase.

1Design In the design development phase, design concepts are created and presented to the client for review and discussion.

2Refinement In the design refinement phase, one of the design concepts is selected for further refinement. The refined design is presented to the client for review and adjustments are made until a final version of the design is approved for production.

3Implementation Files and instructions are provided to the appropriate vendor. MY works closely with the vendor and coordinates with the client until the finished project is delivered.

4During the graphic design process, the client is asked to approve updated designs, wherein subtleties of form, color, image and type are explored and adjusted. Once the design is approved, production can begin—whether of your web site, email marketing or printed pieces.
